This is a C# Unity game made over a weekend with 3 other students as a part of PegJam2026

A preview of Galactic Goblin Gimmicks gameplay.

Objective:

Your objective is to keep the ship's fuel topped up, and get to your destination.

Once this progress bar fills up, you win!

Controls:

WASD to move around

Break asteroids to collect resources

The player breaking an asteroid

Asteroids drop fuel chunks that you can pick up.

Grab fuel from asteroids to keep the ship running

Process the fuel to make it usable

When nearby an interactable W/S will increase or decrease the value indicated by a dial

The player using W and S input to update the ship's throttle

Win & Lose:

Reach your destination with enough fuel to win!

My role in this project:

I acted as the team lead and the systems programmer.

My responsibilities included:

  • Team Coordination
  • Scope management
  • Ship fuel & system & Refining system
